GENERAL BACKGROUND

Gary has extensive experience in grocery/retail construction and brings a strong combination of design/build, MEPR coordination, field supervision, and estimating experience. With the focus on delivery schedules and the budget, Gary strives to keep open and honest communications to all stakeholders of the project and  delivering beyond expectations.

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

Gary serves as Senior Project Manager managing the overall preconstruction, estimating,  project management, strategic planning, and business development.  Responsible for the overall execution of the construction teams in achieving the best results.

Whole Foods Market – Multiple Locations

Over (36) new locations in TX, LA, CO, GA, OK, and AK.

These    projects  Ranged from 30,000-45,000 ground up and finish    outs. Each project included  electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, décor, data, and finishes.

 

Whole Foods Market 365 – Multiple Locations

New construction of new format 30,000 SF stores in TX (2) and Georgia (2)

  

HEB – Multiple Texas locations.

Complete equipment fixturing for (4) HEB plus new stores in San Antonio and Leander, TX.

 

United Supermarkets – Multiple Locations

Over (15) new stores in the West Texas area. Ground up and tenant   finish out construction.

 

Market Street – Multiple Locations

Co-developed the Market Street concept and completed Construction on the first (5) United Market Street stores Wichita Falls, Lubbock, Amarillo, Muleshoe, and Plainview.
